Why a billing mandate?

When you carry out a mission, you are the one selling a service to RealityPing. In principle, you should therefore issue an invoice for each mission or each payout. To spare you this work, the law allows a customer to issue invoices in the name and on behalf of its supplier, provided it has been authorised to do so in writing: this is self-billing (article 289, I-2 of the French General Tax Code, which applies article 224 of Directive 2006/112/EC). This mandate is that authorisation.

In practice: you have no invoices to write. We issue them for you, at each payout, and you find them in the app.

1. Parties and purpose

You (the “principal”), an independent entrepreneur registered on RealityPing, instruct [to be completed], a [to be completed], registered with the Trade and Companies Register (RCS) of [to be completed] under number [to be completed], whose registered office is at [to be completed] (hereinafter “RealityPing” or “we”) (the “agent”), to issue in your name and on your behalf the invoices for the missions you carried out and that were validated.

2. The invoices issued

An invoice is issued for each payout (monthly transfer or withdrawal on demand), listing the missions it pays for.
They show your company name, your business's registration number and your address, the words “Self-billing”, and follow a continuous numbering sequence specific to your account.
They apply your VAT scheme as it appears from the register and from what you told us; where you are not liable for VAT, the statement your scheme requires is shown (in France, under the franchise scheme: “TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI”). You remain solely responsible for your VAT position and your returns; tell us about any change.
A copy of each invoice is made available to you in the app as soon as it is issued.

3. Acceptance and dispute

You have 30 days after an invoice is made available to dispute it by writing to contact@realityping.com. After that period, it is deemed accepted. An invoice rightly disputed is cancelled and replaced by a corrective invoice.

4. Your undertakings

You do not issue invoices yourself for the transactions covered by this mandate, to avoid double invoicing.
You keep your business information up to date (change of address, of VAT scheme, cessation of activity).
You keep your invoices like any accounting record.
If the law of your country does not allow self-billing, you tell us: you then issue your invoices yourself.

5. Duration

The mandate applies for as long as you are registered. You may end it at any time in writing; you will then have to issue your own invoices for later missions, and payouts can only be made once we receive them. It ends automatically when your account is closed, except for missions already carried out.
