In shortPhotos taken in the app, from public space, with no close-up faces. Passed on to the mission's customer, never with your identity.
What is captured
A mission's photos are taken in the app, at the time of the mission, with their date, time and position. Images imported from the gallery are not accepted: that is what guarantees the customer that the observation is real and current.
Your rules for taking photos
- Only from public space, and only what is asked.
- No close-up of a face; distant, unidentifiable passers-by are acceptable. No readable number plate, no child as the subject.
- No document, screen or private information visible.
Who has access, and for how long
The evidence is passed on to the customer who ordered the mission and examined by our quality checks. It is kept for the time of validation and of any dispute. The customer receives neither your name nor your contact details.
